The fridge card: your vault in six lines
Print this page and stick it on the fridge, or next to the till.
These six lines cover most days.
The six lines
- To find something: just ask, like you would ask a person. "What is our refund policy?"
- To remember something: say "Add to the vault", then say it in your own words.
- To change how it works: say "Remember", then the rule. "Remember: call them guests, not customers."
- To save a file: upload it in Files, then say "Process the dropped files into proper notes."
- To reply to an email: say "Draft a reply to Sarah." It drafts. You send.
- To finish: say "Wrap it up." It saves what mattered and tells you what it saved.
If it seems wrong
Say "search the vault first". If that does not fix it, see What to say when it goes wrong.
Ask your AI
- "What is our refund policy?"
- "Add to the vault: from September we close at 3pm on Sundays."
- "Remember: call them guests, not customers."
- "Draft a reply to Sarah."
- "Wrap it up."
